Refund Policy

At www.tabease.com, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund and return policy. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to federal and state regulations surrounding hemp-derived products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any THCA products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. To process your request, we require: A photo or video of the damaged or incorrect item. A photo of the packaging
(including the shipping label). Your order number and details of the issue. Once we review your request, we will determine if a replacement or partial/full refund is appropriate.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed and shipped. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after purchase.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that banking institutions may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
