Shipping Policy

At www.tabease.com, we are committed to shipping your order in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy before making a purchase.


1. Shipping Locations

We only ship within the United States to states where THCA is legal. It is your responsibility to check local laws before ordering. We are not responsible for shipments seized due to legal restrictions.


2. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders will be processed within up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We do not guarantee delivery times, as shipping speeds depend on the carrier and external factors beyond our control.


3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed PackagesWe are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.If your package is lost before delivery confirmation, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement (subject to availability).


4. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel orders if shipping to your location is restricted.


5. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged product and packaging.Your order number and a description of the issue.

We will review your claim and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.


6. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.

All products listed on this website contain less than .3% delta-9 THC and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and are considered hemp by definition. TabEASE does not sell Marijuana or conduct business in the marijuana industry - only hemp.
